What if I’m not in?
Standard UK Delivery
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.
Expedited Delivery
If you are not home, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour and will obtain a signature.
Courier will notify you to advise where the parcel has been left.
You can contact your courier to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in.
Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note deliveries to areas outside UK Mainland may take a little longer.
1-3 Days Delivery
1-3 Days Delivery is only available for UK Mainland. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes, any PO Box addresses and some Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes (see table below for detail).

Do you deliver internationally?
We currently don’t deliver to addresses outside of the UK but we are working on making the shop available to international buyers.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days (standard delivery) or on the designated day (1-3 Days Delivery), and we have not advised you of a delay to your order, please contact us
